Terms of service.
These terms govern access to Klyno as a hosted recruitment product for employers, recruiters and applicants.
Use of the service
Customers are responsible for lawful use of the platform, job content, candidate communication and account security.
Access control
Accounts are personal. Credentials must not be shared. Customers are responsible for role assignment inside their workspace.
Availability
Klyno aims to operate the service reliably but may perform maintenance, upgrades or emergency interventions when needed.
Data ownership
Customer and candidate data remains subject to applicable contract terms, privacy obligations and local law.
