Candidate identity data, CV files, answers, recruiter notes, interview output, workspace membership and operational audit data.
Purpose
We use this data to run the product, support hiring workflows, secure the platform and meet legal obligations.
Storage
Application data is stored in managed database infrastructure and uploaded files are stored in private object storage.
Access
Access is limited through role-based authorization for recruiter and company workspaces.
